Q & As

We’re always glad to see you and welcome you to come in and check for any available tables. If there aren’t any open, we can collect your information and place you on our electronic waiting list. This will provide you with updates on the estimated wait time via text message and notify you when your table is ready.

You can also reserve tables in advance through our website using the booking form. This will be sent to our booking team, who will respond via email as soon as your reservation has been accepted and confirmed. Please keep in mind that your reservation is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us!

We accept reservations over the phone or in our restaurants.

Please be aware that if you are making a reservation for a group of five or more, we will require your credit card information to confirm the booking. The card will only be charged if there is a no-show or cancellation, in which case a fee of Rp. 50k per person will be deducted from the card.

we truly enjoy a lively gathering and being included in your festivities. however, to ensure you have the best experience, we will limit the number of groups we accept at one time!

there might be occasions when we can host bigger parties. please reserve for the largest number and inform us of your group size in the ‘special requests’ section. our booking coordinator will reach out to inform you if we can accommodate your request.

Your reservation will be held for a maximum of 1.5 hours; however, if your group consists of 8 or more people, you will have up to 2 hours. Rest assured, this is ample time to relax and enjoy your meal with us; our dishes are prepared fresh as soon as your order is placed and are typically served quite promptly. We regret having to do this, but we must request that you vacate the table once your allotted time is up, as we have other guests booked for the subsequent time slots.

We can hold your table for a maximum of ten minutes; however, after that, we must release it to accommodate other guests who may be waiting. If you’re part of a larger group, we kindly request that everyone arrives on time within that ten-minute window, as we need to return your table after the scheduled booking and cannot wait if some members of the group are significantly delayed.

If you find yourself running late, please give us a call, and we’ll do our best to assist you if possible.

Please provide us with at least 48 hours’ notice via email if you need to cancel your group reservations. If you are unable to access the internet, please contact the restaurant and talk to the manager on duty to cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation with less than 48 hours’ notice or if your group fails to show up, we will reluctantly proceed to charge your card for the deposit, as stated during the booking process.

If your gathering is becoming more popular and you’re seeing a rise in attendees, or if there have been some dropouts, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. We will make every effort to accommodate additional guests if needed, but this will depend on availability based on other reservations during that period.

is fine with us if you wish to bring one along and eating here. Candles are permissible; however, we cannot allow sparklers in the restaurant due to fire hazards. There is a small cakeage fee of Rp. 10k per person.

It’s always a delight to join in your celebrations, and we’re pleased for you to bring a couple of balloons if you wish. Unfortunately, we cannot permit helium balloons in the restaurant due to the significant amount of sensitive equipment located in our ceiling that could be affected by floating balloons.

We need to be a bit more conservative regarding other decorations as well – including table confetti or banners, which we agree look fantastic, but are simply not feasible for us to allow.

We truly enjoy having children dine with us. Unfortunately, we feel that on busy weekend evenings, we can’t properly provide for them as we would like, given how loud and bustling it gets, making it difficult to find room for strollers and high chairs. Please keep in mind that if you visit during a busy time with young ones, you may experience longer wait times as we work to accommodate space for a stroller or high chair. During exceptionally crowded periods, we might not be able to offer any space for strollers at all, and we may also be unable to provide a high chair. After 7 PM, we cannot accommodate any strollers, and we might also be unable to offer high chairs.

We are able to accommodate guests with various dietary needs, but please consult with your server for more details and menu choices. Don’t hesitate to reach out to us beforehand, and we will assist you in finding the best options available on our menu for your requirements.

We have an allergen guide available in our dining areas that you can request if you need assistance. However, please be aware that our food is cooked in a kitchen where allergens could be present, so we cannot assure that any item is completely free of these ingredients at all times.

We trust you understand that only food or beverages provided by Royal Indian Masala are allowed to be consumed on the property.

Customers seated in the restaurant may only place orders for food or beverages. Please be aware that we adhere to our policies, and management retains the authority to deny entry at any time.

If anyone in your party has specific needs, like space for a wheelchair or a highchair for children, please inform the restaurant ahead of time. This way, we can guarantee that all your guests have a great experience at Royal Indian Masala and seat you in the most suitable area for your meal.

Each member of the Royal Indian Masala team dedicates themselves fully to providing you with the best experience possible, and we will not accept any form of abuse, violence, or aggressive conduct directed at them.

we want to inform you that any gratuities or tips you provide for the Royal Indian Masala team are distributed equitably among the staff who are on duty during that shift. We’ve introduced a voluntary service charge of 10% to your bill; all of this amount is directly distributed to our team.
