ONLINE RESERVATIONS

Should you decide to make your reservation online through our website, it is necessary to fill out the online form, which will be sent to the restaurant via email. After the restaurant gets the information, they will reach out to you within 6 hours (during standard operating hours) to verify your reservation. Please note that your booking is not considered confirmed until you have received this confirmation from us.

ARE YOU DELAYED??

If you anticipate being late, kindly call the restaurant to inform us, and we will try our best to assist you. If you arrive more than 10 minutes past your reservation time without notifying us, we may need to offer your table to other customers.

cancellations

We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice via email if you need to cancel your group reservation. If you’re unable to access the internet, please call the restaurant and speak with the manager on duty to cancel your reservation. In the event that your reservation is canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice or your group fails to show up, we regret to inform you that we will proceed with charging your card for the deposit, as stated during the booking process.

GUEST ATTENDANCE

If your gathering is gaining popularity and your guest count is rising, or if you’ve experienced a decline in attendees, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance. Be aware that any significant rise in guest numbers will depend on availability

SPECIFIC MEAL PLAN?

We are able to accommodate guests with various dietary needs, so please consult your server for additional details and menu selections. We kindly ask that you inform us ahead of time, and we will do our utmost to support you and your guests. If you are sharing dishes with others in your party, be aware that we cannot take responsibility for any allergic reactions to foods ordered by others. All of our restaurants have an allergen guide available for your reference, so feel free to ask if you have any uncertainties. It is important to note that our meals are prepared in an environment where allergenic ingredients might be present, which means we cannot ensure that any dish is completely free of these ingredients at all times. Please keep in mind that all food prepared at Tamatanga may contain traces of nuts, and we cannot guarantee that anything is entirely nut-free.

LIMITATIONS

No food or beverages other than those provided by Royal Indian Masala are allowed to be consumed on the premises.

EXEMPTIONS

All group reservations are required to include food in their order; we regret that we do not provide services for drinks alone. Please be aware that we enforce our policy, and management retains the authority to deny entry at any time.

LOST AND BREAKAGE
